Shipping & Returns


Before we go into the nitty gritty details we want to let you guys know some important stuff about us and our shipping:

We offer free shipping on everything that is over $30.00 for a purchase. This is to keep things simple and get you the most bang for your buck.

If there's a shipping charge (like for expedited shipping) we are NOT making any profit off of you. You'll only be paying what we are charged for shipping your product to you.

Hopefully things get to you right quick and we strive to ensure accountability which is why every shipment will come with a tracking number.


Our primary shipping service is Priority Mail through USPS (United States Postal Service). It is a ground service that typically takes 1-3 business days across the country. We ship our products from Colorado.

Delivery Time:                                              

Delivery time varies depending on the method of delivery you select (standard versus expedited), but typically you can expect your purchase to ship within 1 day.

Business days are the 'time' (I.E. seven business days will not include Sunday, so tack on an extra day) for delivery. So if you place an order Saturday evening or on a Sunday we will be unable to ship the item since the post office will be closed. 

Free Shipping:

Orders that have over $30 worth of swag will qualify for Free Shipping. This will be through Priority Mail via USPS (about 1-3 business days for delivery). Free shipping is only on domestic shipments within the continental United States.

International Shipping:

We do not offer shipping outside of the continental United States, typically. If there's something you'd like to have shipped to you and you are an international customer please e-mail us at Include a list of the products you would like to purchase, your shipping address, phone number, and an e-mail address so we can send you a Paypal invoice for the payment should we be able to accommodate your request.



We will only be taking returns based on the following criteria:

The item has been broken during shipping and is damaged upon arrival.


The incorrect item has been shipped.

If you believe there to be something wrong with your purchase please contact us first so we can work something out!

You have 7 days to notify us of either of the above issues after receiving your item in order to qualify for a refund or exchange.  

Please email to request a return shipping label for the item. Let us know in the e-mail if you would like to have a full refund or exchange the product for another. Depending on the product we may or may not have another in stock. If that's the case we will offer another item comparable in price to the original one purchased or a full refund.

In short, broken, or wrong items are eligible for a refund or exchange. Sales are final as far as color, weight, and other such unique variables go.
